I was a little concerned about the process of severing the chimney cap in order to do the installation instead of removing the cap as one piece but Eric assured me he would adequately repair the cap back and seal it after the liner install and that he has done this before. I appreciate his guarantee to inspect the chimney annually. The team worked quickly and did a thorough job of cleaning up upon completion."
