"I had them do a cleaning and inspection of my chimney and they found damages to the brickwork and the top of the chimney. They installed a new cap and their cost was so reasonable. All their work is guaranteed as well, which is reassuring. They were clean, efficient and courteous. The chimney was lifted to the proper height and securely strapped to meet structural and safety requirements. "Eric and his team were professional and they were able to install a new chimney liner. I was a little concerned about the process of severing the chimney cap in order to do the installation instead of removing the cap as one piece but Eric assured me he would adequately repair the cap back and seal it after the liner install and that he has done this before. I appreciate his guarantee to inspect the chimney annually. The team worked quickly and did a thorough job of cleaning up upon completion."
