General contracting. Building/Repairing your home, ect. Will take Care of you and your home. I completely anilize the problem and try to explain what should be done and why. We do quality work and take pride in what we do. Always use the proper material for the job. I'm not interested in using cheap products and doing shabby work. If this is what your looking for you should contact a different contractor. My prices are fair and competitive. I have well selected men that I use as sub's that I trust & rely on to work hard to my expectations.Every man is paid by their expirence. I give free estimates and we are fully insured.

Structural Engineering questions, answered by experts

If you intend to do the majority of the work yourself, you can pay to hire an architect or a structural engineer to ensure your home remains structurally sound. They can help with the planning to make sure everything is up to code and safe for your family. On the other hand, if you’re not sure your home will be completely safe when you’ve completed the project, let a pro do the job.

You need to hire a structural engineer when building or modifying any component with a structural load in your home. Common situations where you would need a structural engineer include home inspections when buying or selling a home, investigating possible issues with your foundation, beams, load-bearing walls, or chimneys, breaking ground on a new home or structure on your property, and renovating an old part of your home that could threaten any structural integrity. Home additions and bump-outs also require an engineer.

Stone, marble, and brick are common building materials of Neoclassical architecture, though you will also find wood flooring and a range of natural stone tiles. Since several home styles fall under Neoclassical architects' umbrella, a range of building materials—including traditional wood framing—will make an appearance.

Failure to compact the soil during construction is the most common cause of leaning retaining walls. In addition, poor drainage can lead to excessive water pressure behind a retaining wall, pushing against it until it begins to move forward away from the soil it is holding back.

Most load-bearing walls are exterior, though they can also be interior.
