"LeafFilter installed in the gutters (July 2025) and put the downspout in an area that brings more water to the home. Therefore, causing water to come in the basement. I have tried numerous times to get them to call, and work on this problem, but if they reply back, it is asking me where i would put the downspout. I hired them to bring water away from the house, and paid them for their expertise, which appears to be limited. They basically come out to make the sale, and there is no support after. I have tried to work with them numerous times and they do not return calls; they have come out twice, only to not show back up to actually fix the problem. Their departments do not communicate with each other so you talk with different people, and the issue is still not fixed. I have asked to talk with Tim the Regional Manager, and have yet been 'allowed' to speak with him to date. I do not recommend this company at all."

"Work was done satisfactorily……workers were good and honest . Owner is a liar and fraudulent . Promises made and not kept . A three week project took 6 months to complete . And the whole scope of the project was never completed……..His cost of materials estimates were doubled and we were deceived throughout . Money added to all materials and labor costs way above the norm . Owner proved to be arrogant and untrustworthy . Unfortunately we trusted him and didn’t check into his dealings until it was too late . He denies any responsibility and has no transparency……..a very poor choice on our part . Don’t make the same mistake we did …….verify all charges and dealings with this man ."
