"The new shed was good quality.  I love it, and the value was decent.  John, the owner, is a very professional person, and he knows how to make sheds.  The only issue that I had was I was told by their scheduling department that someone would call me, repeatedly, and it never happened.  I probably had to be on the phone with the company 7 times before appropriate appointments were scheduled.  Granted, they had to time the teardown before the new shed was built, but it should be easier to do than it was in my experience. One day, they were scheduled to come and build it, but there was no shed.  They rescheduled and did it a week later, so it was okay.  
John seemed to be overall concerned about the quality of the job, and customer feedback.  John personally showed up to tear down my old shed, with his employee, once the job had been postponed a few times. When the builders forgot to install my solar light, he showed up personally to install it.  That shows dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
Overall, the experience wasn't bad.  The new shed is excellent, and I am happy I had it done.

"They did a great job - were quick to call and schedule, arrived on time and worked fast, and offered to also do the garage for a little extra money.  All of the "gunk" they took out of the gutters was taken away.

"I hired BPS to install a metal roof and remove two sky lites on my double wide. The installation took a little longer to get done than expected, but that was do weather and unforeseen problems with another job. Bill explained why it was taking longer then what seemed necessary to me. The crew that installed the roof were very professional, the removed the sky lites and installed the roof in just three days. The area was always keep clean and all excess material was removed. There was one problem with a vent pipe being bent by snow. I contacted Bill on a Sunday by text, he had a crew woking in my area and they stopped by and did a repair on Monday. They did not have silicon with them to complete the repair, so Bill came on Tuesday and completed the job. I will have BPS do my garage when the roof needs to be replaced. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new roof."
