There was one room that I told him that I wasn't having cleaned as it was just a storage room. They were very thorough and quick. They are very thorough - vacuum, wash floors, dust, clean ceiling fans, clean countertops and inside microwave, and get the bathroom cleaner than I have ever been able to, etc. The last time they came Shawna noticed that salt had tracked down the stairs to the basement and cleaned the stairs and carpets in the basement, even though we only ask them to do the first floor! Very professional. One time they came they broke a small $1-2 pot, and were extremely apologetic about it and offered to buy us a new one. Flexible with changing the schedule if necessary (easy to communicate with text messaging).
