"Josh installed a new water heater, provided us with instructions on proper use and maintenance and has serviced it since. He is honest, thorough, and trustworthy. He also maintains my dad’s HVAC needs too. He has come out for emergency calls too. Suggest things to prevent future additional repair expenses. His prices are reasonable, especially for the personal, friendly customer service and service provided. I would highly recommend Northwoods HVAC."

"Douglas was so very informative as to how to fix my heating and duct work issues I had to hire him do the job. Douglas was very professional and courteous. He charged for the job as he should, he showed up on time to do the job as promised and showed me what he was doing all the while answering any questions I had. He’s a stand up guy.
