We hired Pridham to install a drywell for my water treatment system backwash discharge. Prior to the project, we explicitly inquired about the warranty coverage, and we were assured that it would be included. Unfortunately, the dry well malfunctioned within just a few months. In response, we reached out to Pridham, and they promptly sent a crew to repair the failed drywell. However, the repair work took place in January, leaving our yard in a state of disarray. We were informed that the job would be completed in the spring. To our dismay, we received an unexpected bill for the repair. We had assumed that the malfunctioning drywell would be covered by the warranty, and we were not given prior notice that the repair work would not fall under it. Making matters worse, the so-called repaired drywell suffered another failure shortly thereafter. We attempted to address the second failure and the state of our yard with Pridham. They assured us that they would rectify the situation in the spring. However, it has now been six months since that conversation, and we have not received any further communication or action from them. While the individual I communicated with from Pridham was consistently courteous and responsive, I regretfully cannot endorse this company for drywell installation based on our experience. The repeated failures of the drywell, the unexpected billing, and the lack of follow-through on their promises have left us disappointed and dissatisfied with their services.

David was prompt and on time and squeezed me in to his already busy schedule because he knew how important is was to me. David and Randy were both respectful and kind. I had a very hard job for them moving a shed. They both kept their composure and got the job done in a timely matter. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. I was having issues with water in my basement. Dave and Randy walked me through the process of adding an underground perimeter drain. They listened to my concerns and came up with a plan and estimate. Once we agreed, they contacted Digsafe and were able to start work on site within a week. They completed the work in 2 days as promised. Love these guys. Highly recommend for efficiency and professionalism.

Extremely polite and professional

We did not know them at all, no clue who they were we called them they immediately responded immediately came out and assessed the project gave quote that evening, they were extremely professional courteous kind kept us involved, the enormous amount of equipment they brought here was professionally handled. They did more than what they quoted and we couldn't be anymore extremely happy with the outcome of their work.

Dave is great to work with and keeps you informed. Randy and crew are highly skilled. They show up when they say they will and work straight out until the job is finished.
