Kyle who serviced my water heater was efficient and pleasant plus he had a mask which I was pleased to see and I told him while he worked on his own on the heater I didn't mind if he took off the mask......he was very respectful of my wishes and always put his mask on while coming to talk to me. I was very pleased with the efficiency all around from this company and would use them again. I know that I rated the "value for my money a little low" but that was because I did feel it was a little more than I would expect for the job that had to be done.
