"The LeafFilter gutter is a great product, however the installation by the local company was done unprofessionally and looks terrible. They did a great presentation but were misleading. They showed us the wedges and T-brackets that they use in for installing but never any "straps" that they ultimately used on our job. If we had known that they would hang the gutter by only long metal straps on top of the shingles across the entire building, we never would have had the job done. Our neighbors have noticed and acknowledged on how poorly the gutter was installed. Unfortunately we did sign a waiver document that allowed for the use of straps, which contradicted what was said in the presentation. Also we were not provided a copy of this document until the job was completed. We have been unsuccessful in working with the local dealer, in resolving the issues stated above."
