"In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January 6,2025. It did not start till February 19th, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. I have spent hours cleaning and patching walls. "

He let me know the days that he would be doing work at my house and he texted me about half an hour in advance to let me know that he was on the way. Nate installed a drainage system, which involved using jackhammers to dig a trench around 75% of the interior wall of my basement. He repaired 3 large cracks in my basement wall, installed 2 sump pumps, and installed a drainage system into my yard. Nate was able to work around unexpected issues. For example, we discovered that my house sits on ledge, which made the jackhammering more difficult and which required modifying the original sump pump plan. Nate is friendly and easy to work with. His crew was great too. They lugged a LOT of debris out of my house to Nate’s trailer. Nate and his crew cleaned up the work areas. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with anyone who has done a big job at my house."
