I established Bay & Beyond Inspection Services in May 2018 after a 25 year career as an electrician in the Air Force and 13 years as a Maine code enforcement officer. I have received extensive training and continuing education courses to keep up with the ever changing construction industry. I have an associates degree in electrical mechanical technologies and am a state certified third-party inspector for all phases of construction. I am a state certified septic system inspector and hold national and state certifications as a radon testing and analytical lab. I am a member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Maine Building Officials and Inspectors Association (MBOIA). So what does all this mean to you, my customer? I am a highly trained and experienced inspector that works only for you, my customer.
