"First of all, I would like to thank Alex Good I called to have my hot water heater fixed as I had no hot water for a couple months. Alex came over. Told me everything that needed to be done. Show me what everything did and he was amazing. He was kind, considerate empathetic even canceling plans so he could make sure he got my hot water installed in. I have not had anybody come to my home to do work. That was a nice as Alex. and so caring way more than I ever expected I would not recommend any other company and of course my hero Alex Good.! he’s a professional knows his stuff for sure! We wanted to cover our front entry steps with a small exterior addition to protect the steps and keep the entry free of snow and rain. The cabin is rustic, so we wanted rough sawn cedar and stone bases to keep the look of our log cabin. Craig Rider was extremely good about being pro-active, following up promptly, and showing up when he said he would. We had a few sub-contractor and weather issues that impacted our schedule, but Craig kept us on his radar and made our small project a priority. We had a few concerns about material quantities, measuring, and overall design aesthetics, but with continuous in-person conversations, we achieved what we set out to achieve. Craig’s pricing was fair and transparent. We enjoyed working with both Craig and his son, David, and are very pleased with the final project."
