"When it came time for the appointment he never notified us he was going to be late. We waited all day for this appointment and never received a text until around 3 pm that he was going to be late. He did offer to come by today. Decided not to have him do the job due to poor communication. We left at 2:45 pm roughly. No sure if he showed up. "
