"I contacted Scott Harlow through Angi and I couldnâ t be more pleased with his work. Scott removed the old film on 15 of my sunroom windows and replaced it with new UV and heat retardant film. "I called Mike from Florida for work on a rental property.This is the second time he has done some work for me. The jobs were to Jack up and straighten a porch, clean out basement, shampoo carpets and repair a window. When we got back in May we went over to see how everything looked and he did a fine job on all projects. He stuck to his estimate which I thought was very reasonable. A very reliable guy who is gaining a good reputation."
