"He was the most honest man I worked. He can do anything. It was good. He knew what he was doing. I don't have to watch over him. My experience was good. He did everything I asked. He was a good carpenter. He was a great guy. As he gotten older he doesn't go up to ladder anymore, which was okay. The price was $40 per hour."

While palm trees can bring aesthetic appeal to your yard, they have a couple of drawbacks. The main disadvantage is that many types require warm climates, so if you live in a cold region, you need to ensure you pick a palm that can withstand the freezing temperatures. First, drill several holes into the stump using a power drill, then pour potassium nitrate pellets into the holes. Afterward, cover the stump with a tarp to retain moisture and block sunlight, then place mulch on top to secure it in place.

Generally, if your neighbor’s tree hangs over your yard, you can legally trim overhanging branches. Keep in mind that you cannot cross your property line to cut the trees, and if you damage the tree by trimming it, your neighbor could sue you. Depending on the type of tree and value, this could mean dishing out two to three times the value of the tree.
