"We were awoken by a dripping sound on Thursday morning and discovered a steady stream of water pouring out of our bathroom ceiling fan. We immediately called Richard at NE Renovations for help. He returned our call immediately (even though it was still early in the morning), asked a series of questions to diagnose the problem, gave us instructions on what to look for and what to do next, and assured us that one of his plumbers would be there right away to take care of the problem. True to his word, Randy, one of Richard's ace crew members, arrived in no time, isolated the problem, got the necessary parts, and fixed the leak. As always, Randy was a consummate professional and a shining example of why NE Renovations is the best at what they do. 

After NE Renovations saved the day, the only leaks we had were tears of joy. This is the second A+ review we've given Richard and his crew this summer. We can't say enough good things about these guys."

"The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
