His workmanship is good, rates reasonable and he is pleasant to work with. He got to me quickly because I needed to have the work done prior to a scheduled painter could start. "Brendan did a terrific job.I needed help with my outside lighting and he fixed the problem and replaced all of the bulbs. I also needed to have a screen door repaired and reframed. He did both of those things. We have also discussed future projects that will take place in the Fall. He is polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with and for me to learn from. My first experience with Angi but won't be my last."
