"We met Dan months before the project was scheduled to start and he knew our deadline was 7/9 when our first weekly vacation renter was due to arrive. Our main issues were: He was a week late starting Didn't show up on several days (had to take his son to get his COVID shot, several days it was too hot, heavy traffic, etc) Ignored my detailed instructions/drawings and we lost time because he plumed a double vanity for only 1 sink, told us we could buy any standard shower door from Lowe's only to learn AFTER the shower had been framed that it required a custom built door, forgot to tile the accent color stripe in the shower, miscalculated the amount of shower tile needed requiring me to drive 3 hours RT to purchase extra tile and deliver it to him. Skim coat on the ceiling was done poorly, the door to the bathroom didn't open all the way so we had to hire someone after Dan left to shave it down for us. He was supposed to finish by July 9th and didn't finish until Sept 9th!!!! had to give renters $3000 off because they had no toilet or shower. I split the difference with him and took $1500 off his bill and he was not happy. I should have taken the entire amount off. He might be OK for smaller jobs, but he is not focused enough and doesn't work a full day (usually 8 AM -1 PM) or even a full week. If he takes work outside of NH, he should have his plumbing/electrical license so he doesn't have to rely on outside contractors. We suffered because he didn't hold ME licenses and wasn't well connected w/ local contractors in ME."

I had a vision for what the half bath in my 1800's house could be and no idea of the challenges we'd face with the existing plumbing. "I have had the best experience with Gibraltar, and I cannot say enough about the people who work there and the product itself; we love our pool!! Itâ s given us a lot of joy this summer with friends and family. But foremost for my review is the people who I have interacted with since we purchased the pool in the summer of 2020- they are awesome. Really the best. We put in our new pool last November for a deeply meaningful reason for our family and I ended up talking with the CEO and shared with him the reason. There were delays that no one could have foreseen because the supplies were impossible to get for months- but that was no oneâ s fault, no one could have guessed we would be in a pandemic, and that the demand for pools would go up so much. So, even though there were delays, we understood, and Gibraltar did everything the could to get our pool built as quickly as possible and to make sure it was open for the summer season of 2021- and it was. I was sad to see reviews that said they took too long- I honestly just donâ t think it was fair. Who could have foreseen the impacts of a pandemic? So, for us, the delays were what they were, and we appreciated that they did all they could, with what they had to work with, and kept up updated along the way. I would highly recommend Gibraltar to anyone who wanted to put in an awesome above ground pool and have superior customer service."

"Honeycomb helped save our house. As they were replacing our deck, they discovered rot and quickly removed and replaced all the bad material. They also discovered that we had a termite infestation. The issue was in the structure of the house. They assured us everything would be fine and efficiently dispatched all the rot and talked us through next steps with detailed recommendations, involving other contractors. The additional charge to remove the rot was minimal and I would have gladly paid 10x for the security of having a safe house. And just look at how beautifully it turned out. The photos really don't do it justice, when you get to sit out there enjoying a coffee in the morning or actually having a family gathering. It is such a game changer meeting space. Also, and it might seem like a little thing, but its the details that matter. It was really hard for me to get on my deck as a physically handicapped person. Taylor made it easy for me to go outside alone. I love you guys 11/10"
