"While the crew did excellent work, the major let down was Dan between the way the job was quoted and the way he builled made sure the estimate came out to the higher end of the quote, also he had a habit of telling his crew to do things without consulting the customer and these were things that added to cost. Also I accidentally overpaid him and are still waiting for the refund."

First, drill several holes into the stump using a power drill, then pour potassium nitrate pellets into the holes.
