Though he found multiple structural issues, Deven was able to fix them and make the house more secure and sturdy. I had a budget, but as always, Deven comes under budget. He does incredible craftsmanship, many components of the reno were hand crafted. Deven is patient and takes all ideas thrown at him and comes up with some wonderful ideas as well. It is a collaboration and the final project is a large bright space, light and airy. It does not even look like the same living room and bedroom. There are very few people I would trust, but I count Deven and his people among those that I do. I've never been disappointed in any of the projects he has completed for me.
