Deven, Gavin and "Chicken Wings" were always on time and always listened to my requests. My house looks brand new and will be totally ready for next winter. Deven and his crew are easy to work with and I recommend them for any for any home project.

My home was fairly dark and with one large window in the living room and 2 large windows in the master bedroom, it didn't shed much light. Deven and his crew opened up the living room and master bedroom onto the back porch(300 square feet total). Though he found multiple structural issues, Deven was able to fix them and make the house more secure and sturdy. I had a budget, but as always, Deven comes under budget. He does incredible craftsmanship, many components of the reno were hand crafted. Deven is patient and takes all ideas thrown at him and comes up with some wonderful ideas as well. It is a collaboration and the final project is a large bright space, light and airy. It does not even look like the same living room and bedroom. There are very few people I would trust, but I count Deven and his people among those that I do. I've never been disappointed in any of the projects he has completed for me. It is precision work at its best. Deven and his people go the extra mile and really do it with a smile. Really. You absolute can trust him to do a fantastic job, do it right and do it at a cost saving price. He works with you to make your ideas come to fruition. He is well worth anything you will pay, because you know it will be done right the first time and he stands by his work. I have a whole list of more projects and King Construction is the only crew I will hire.

My Detached Garage build came out even better than I imagined. Deven and his crew exceeded my expectations. I can not thank Home Advisor enough for this recommendation. I love love love it! Superior builder- great price, attention to detail, excellent workmanship, collaborative, communicative, a problem solver and he gives you more than you ask for with little extras as a surprise. Deven and his crew lifted my cottage, replaced the sills, oversaw the slab pouring, and landscaped my yard. I am 350 miles away, so was a bit nervous, but he sent me photo's and called me often to keep me in the loop. Deven made this project pain free - a truly great experience. Deven and crew did an excellent job siding and roofing my garage. I highly recommend King Construction, I also do not give out 5 stars easily but it was easy when you deal with Deven. He was great to work with, he takes the time to listen to what you want and makes it happen. He adjusted easily when I changed up things on him and he finished on time and on budget! Good people are hard to find and he and his crew are good people! I will be hiring King Construction for my next project for sure.

Eceptional rates and work....very honest owner....and comunicates well with whats happening or not happening with the project....he is coming back to do other work as well...

I don't give 5 stars easily, between promptness, courtesy, talent for the work, being able to roll with changes and clean up there is usually some kind of deficiency. But not here, Devon and Aaron did perfect work, moved quickly, finished on schedule, and transformed the interior of my home. I'll have him back anytime.

I thought Deven did a great job in all phases of the project- which involved turning a rough space above a garage into a functional, finished room. He estimated it the time and cost accurately, he secured the necessary materials and performed the work in a timely fashion. He sough clarification when any questions arose- he only had a couple because he did a thorough job up front understanding our objectives. The craftsmanship of the work was absolutely superb. I have hired a number of contractors over time and I can say without reservation that Deven is one of the best I have ever worked with. Could not be more pleased with how this entire process and finished product turned out. He has my strongest recommendation.
