Painting and Papering for 30 years,with most of my work in residential settings.I work as a sub-contractor for new home construction with builders and designers. I also travel in the winter and work in Iowa and Arizona. I will provide a written bid and the time allowed for the project. Materials can be included or bought by the homeowner or builder,which ever is preferred. I asked for the material costs up front.The labor costs due on completion of work.

(Most of the competition does not do this.)This is what makes our quality of work the excellent. We serve all of southern and central Maine, N.H. and northern Mass. Do not higher CertaPro painters! they sub contract all their work out to other painters so you don't know if your going to get a good job or not.

Fix-It Man is RRP (Renovation, Repair, and Painting) Certified by EPA as well as Maine Weatherization tech certified. The owner, Vincent Veligor is also a Licensed Construction Superintendent. After contacting us, we’ll set up a “meet and greet” to get acquainted and review the project and provide an estimate of the time or cost. For bigger projects, we ask that you sign a contract and in some cases where there are significant material costs or special order items, we require an up-front payment. For longer projects we may do interim invoicing; otherwise we bill for the project when it is complete and we request that you pay us upon receipt of the invoice.

Yes, peel-and-stick wallpaper is available that’s made from vinyl—it actually is the most common material used in peel-and-stick wallpaper. Learning how to install vinyl wallpaper is far easier when you’re using a peel-and-stick design than with adhesive. You could also select peel-and-stick wallpaper that consists of paper, polyester, or natural fibers.
