He offered to come out on Christmas morning to our house to assess and conduct repairs. We did not want to impose on his family's Christmas morning so we asked him to come out today (12/26). Zoom drain came for a second opinion. They used the camera and found the problem, fixing it with jets of hot water and a roto rooter. Saved us about $2000. They were awesome. They also put shoe guards on every time they enter the building so they’re not tracking mud and brown water into your house.
