I hire men as needed for the time of year and/or job. I do not sub out work to my employees because I am working on every project I bid on. I quote the job to the best of my ability with a bid in writing. Sometimes there are things that are unforseen that come up. If changes need to be made to the job and quote I always consult with th home or business owner before going ahead. I always recieve money down, and the rest upon completion. Large jobs may be 1/3 or 1/4's.
