We had luxury vinyl flooring put in throughout our living room, kitchen, and hallway?and the first time I walked in after they finished, I honestly just stood there for a minute taking it all in. It didn?t even feel like the same house. Everything looked so clean, open, and put together in a way it never had before. The living room feels warmer and more inviting now, the kitchen looks brighter, and the way everything flows together just makes the whole space feel bigger. It?s one of those changes you don?t realize you needed until you see it done right. What really meant a lot to me was how easy they made everything. "Kevin was the key component that made my first and forever home into the dream home I hoped for. He worked very hard, was creative and knowledgeable. He was able to find solutions to problems that crept up (I feel like there were more than average at my house). He tore out my old flooring, shower, bathroom closet, countertops and the front porch. He replaced the outlets and switches, all the lights(inside and out), built a deck (10’x15’)with a 23’ ramp, built the new shower which meant all new walls, shower floor/pan, drain pipes, shower doors and shower faucet. He installed all new flooring, countertops(which included the new sinks and faucets)painted everywhere(including the shutters outside), replaced doorknobs, built a doghouse for the oil tank, fixed the flooring in my shed, built a pad for my grill out of leftover decking, put stairs on at the back door, picked up supplies and flooring(for inside and deck) fixed the storm doors, basically rebuilt the wall in my laundry room after it was hacked up by some other workers who didn’t have as much care. He also hung up security cameras and solar panels for them and power washed a little of my house. Kevin was trustworthy from the very beginning and I had complete faith in leaving my house renovation in his care. He was willing to come let in and be around for other contractors when I had to be at work. He was even willing to throw in a helping hand if needed! I highly recommend Kevin and will be keeping him in my speed dial for future house reno needs!"

"We hired Mike to work on some of our ceilings - he removed tiled squares and put in drywall, smoothed out an old plaster ceiling and did patch work on another. We felt that he was honest, reasonable and personable! The thing we liked most about Mike was that he provided his insight, but was still willing to try the project we had in mind even though there were many unknowns. Our project did not work out as we did encounter some structural limitations - he kindly backtracked and finish off the work with clean smooth results. Lastly Mike was easy to work with, good communication and flexible scheduling! We would definitely consider him for other projects around the home."

He was very responsive, fair and followed through on exactly what was needed (drywall finishing) under a tight deadline (with a tenant about to move in) and with a great attitude and attention to detail. There was an additional job (building a firewall in the attic- not the best of conditions) which he took on even though it meant adjusting his schedule. I would recommend Josh as a skilled and reliable contractor with a great work ethic and positive can do attitude."
