We wanted to cover our front entry steps with a small exterior addition to protect the steps and keep the entry free of snow and rain. The cabin is rustic, so we wanted rough sawn cedar and stone bases to keep the look of our log cabin. Craig Rider was extremely good about being pro-active, following up promptly, and showing up when he said he would. We had a few sub-contractor and weather issues that impacted our schedule, but Craig kept us on his radar and made our small project a priority. We had a few concerns about material quantities, measuring, and overall design aesthetics, but with continuous in-person conversations, we achieved what we set out to achieve. "Beware potential customers! My experience with Afloorable was a complete nightmare. Despite them presenting as professionals, the end result was a disaster. I had my shower floor done by them, only to find a large puddle accumulating by the drain - an obvious indication of an incorrect pitch. When I brought this to the owner's attention, he promised to rectify the error, urging me to remove the old floor. But, he left me hanging for weeks with a torn-up floor and no follow-up. To add insult to injury, they managed to damage the cable to my heated floors during the tile installation. From their actions, it seems evident that they lack the expertise and finesse required for tiling, possibly being more accustomed to simpler click flooring installations. Even the simple courtesy of cleaning up after a job was overlooked. I provided a dumpster on-site, yet they chose to litter my driveway with their waste. It's heartbreaking to invest $6000 in labor, expecting quality, only to be left with such a subpar result. I implore you, look elsewhere for a genuine tradesman who truly values their work and respects their clients."
