"A year into Covid home stays, I was tired, tired tired of our furniture. The rugs were 30 years old, the side tables mismatched, and the scale of several pieces was wrong for the space. We contacted Maureen and had a game plan within a month. She made recommendations and we ticked through them to update our space. When I walked into the rug store and saw the hundreds of rugs to choose from, I was thankful to have hired Maureen to recommend a few good choices for us. Maureen is good about finding your price point and staying within it. Sheâ ll help return anything that doesnâ t work quite right and is a good advocate for you with manufacturers. I liked her work so much that I gave my son and his wife a gift of ten hours of her time as a house-warming present to get them started when they bought a new house. Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.
