"Woke up on a Tuesday morning, just happened to go downstairs to get some dog food. Squish, squish under my feet! Open the garage door, water everywhere with a hole in the side of my water heater, water pouring out! Turned off water, grabbed my phone and texted Richard at NE Renovations (this was before 7:30 in the morning).
