"It was great, the pool technician was very helpful and kept us updated on what repairs were needed. He followed up after his visit to ensure we knew the next steps. 10/10 would have this technician again."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Eastern Maine Excavation built my in ground pool during the Spring season of 2023. This was a big investment for our family, so choosing the right contractor was critical in our decision process. After countless hours of researching about the process, I inquired a wide range of quotes. After meeting with Eastern Maine Excavation, I knew right away, they were the right company for myself and my family. They were very informative throughout the entire process. Their continued guidance helped me navigate the correct size, shape, patio design and fencing They even built me a pool shed. All work was completed in a timely fashion and a fair price. I could not be happier with our finalized product. I highly recommend using Eastern Maine Excavation for your future pool installment."

"Was eager to start the project right away. Friendly and willing to talk through things as they came up. Inconsistent with finishing work and did not come through fully on all promises and decided to rush work in the dark instead of coming back another day even after initially saying they were willing to if needed."
