My phone inquiry for service was returned immediately by the owner of this excellent company. I was given a reasonable quote and was able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. This was a stark contrast to my previous calls to other companies where my questions about pricing and scheduling of service were met with uncertainty and noncommittal. Today, the day of service, the technician called beforehand to let me know he was on his way and arriving on schedule. The repair was performed much faster than I expected, and I was able to pay online and received an immediate receipt, along with a written one year warranty for parts and labor. As a disabled senior, I’m happy to report that I simply can’t imagine an easier process to receive any higher quality of workmanship or a greater confidence building customer experience. I highly recommend Air Maxx Heating & AC. I used them for preventative maintenance and they came out in the spring & fall, and they also replaced the AC capacitor and I have had no problems. Pricing was affordable. Iâ ve known the owners for a long time and trust them to come into my home, and they are not only reliable but they clean up after themselves as well.
