They were at the house within days of the request and were knowledgeable about putting insulation over light fixtures embedded in the ceiling. They lay down mats so as not to dirty up the carpets and stairs and they wore gear to protect themselves from the insulation. MY house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. In fact, even when Andrew realized he had inadvertently overlooked a part of the job in the initial quote, he let us know immediately about the oversight (before we finalized the contract) and he went above and beyond to still keep his word (and the initial price). Andrew was great at communicating with us about arrival times, etc. He kept us in the loop on everything. He and his crew worked diligently until the job was done, which took about 6 days.
