"We were in big trouble when our septic pumping system stopped working and backed up into the cellar. The waste water shorted out our water tank so we had no water, no septic and no plumber that would go down there to fix it. Pure Cleaning Solutions came the next Monday and spent the entire day disinfecting the area. We are so grateful to Nick for his help as we can now get a plumber to fix the water tank and get back to normal. Thank you!"

We perform low and no moisture carpet cleaning! We are the only ones who do this in Maine! Tile and grout Cleaning, House Cleaning, and Drying for floods.

"Beware - Bait & Switch I hired these folks for the first time today. I received a quote over the phone from their office staff for 2 rooms and a staircase. I gave measurements of 8 X 8 for one room and 15 X 24 for the other room. The office quoter said the 8 X 8 room was much smaller than a regular room so it would make up for the 15 X 24 being oversized and each would be priced as 1 room because the difference in the small room would make up for the larger room. When the fellow arrived he told me the price quoted was wrong. He measured the rooms and wrote down that one was 12 X 24 and the other was 8 X 10. He quoted me $220 for what his office quoted as $181. He then asked if I would like to get someone else, knowing that I was under time constraints. I said no I was stuck, just do the 2 rooms and not the staircase. I asked him about it twice more and asked him to call his office and each time I did one of the women with him pulled me aside on the pretense of getting me to sign a go-ahead form or a completed/done job. They had it very well orchestrated. You could tell they pull this a lot. The shampooer talked in circles and even told me he had no idea where his office quoter got that price. I wrote it down so I was sure it was what she quoted. Very disappointed in this very unethical group. Will never hire again. Puts a whole new spin to the term 'taking you to the cleaners.'"

The house was in unbelievably bad shape, needing much trash removal, clutter removal, massive organizing,scrubbing and disinfecting a house with 7 rooms and 2 baths, plus a hallway that was in believable and unlivable shape. Added to that, they made many small repairs and picked up needed items (small rugs, locks, etc.). The job they did ran - expectedly - over 8 days and when they were done the place was unrecognizable. When they were done, you could, as the saying goes, eat off the floor. But more than that, they treated the inhabitants of the house, two elderly women and a single mother and child, with the greatest respect. Everyone was amazed at the magic they performed. They were efficient, didn't waste anytime, and more important, were totally trustworthy. I can only say that whatever job you have, they will do a remarkable job. Now that the house is cleaned I plan to hire them to do weekly cleaning. They earned every penny of their fee and then some. Thank you Shawna and Josh. You're amazing."
