He was able to pull up the boards, fix the subfloor, and then put the boards back and refinish the entire 15'8"' x 18'3" floor. Price was more than reasonable. "Mike has completed two projects for us. The first job Mike did for me was not the remodel project, since we weren't far enough along in the process yet to hire. However, in the pictures they showed me were a couple tile jobs. That inspired mt husband to hire him to finish the tiling of our kitchen counters which I had started three years earlier, then realized I was way over my head! They were able to plan it out and install the tile very professionally! He was very diplomatic about making suggestions of what might be better, instead of telling me I was a crazy lady! :-) We went on to use Mike for a multiple room addition out into our post and beam barn. The addition came out beautifully. Nothing about this was easy! It even required custom- made window sills! During the process, Mike made some good suggestions that I hadn't thought of but liked and went with. The attention to detail is fantastic, and the craftsmanship shows. They made the pegs for the screws in our stairs! Excellent to work with and well worth the money! I can't add pictures to an edit, but have LOTS!"

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"Ian was very professional, on time and easy to communicate with. He did an excellent job installing our bamboo and cork flooring, despite our choice of cork which he had not previously worked with. He also installed new wool carpet for us, which was not easy to work with, and did a great job to make it look nice. I highly recommend his service and had no problems at all with any aspect of the job. I was even able to have our flooring ordered from lumber liquidators sent directly to him and he brought it to our house to acclimate before installation- job well done!"
