"Bethel completely renewed the appearance, and protected the exterior of our 5-unit, 3-story rowhouse by staining the clapboard & painting its trim. The whole project took only 2 weeks, including time off for rain. Joe, the Owner, quickly provided a clear & comprehensive proposal. Unlike other contractors, Bethel did not nickle & dime us on surface prep & replacing deteriorated boards. We negotiated a fair price, which he then held for 3 months, while we collected the funds. Throughout the project Joe was extremely responsive, flexible & proactive. Even locating matching shutters to replace our older, damaged ones.
