They were able to easily make the changes and come up with alternative ideas. Communication and reliability are crucial when working with contractors and we have to say that Ritchie answered each one of our questions, concerns, and requests no matter what time of day it was. We never felt neglected or worried about lack of communication. The work is being done beautifully with concern for details and it's obvious that Tomahawk takes pride in their finished labors. "Mike has completed two projects for us. The first job Mike did for me was not the remodel project, since we weren't far enough along in the process yet to hire. However, in the pictures they showed me were a couple tile jobs. That inspired mt husband to hire him to finish the tiling of our kitchen counters which I had started three years earlier, then realized I was way over my head! They were able to plan it out and install the tile very professionally! He was very diplomatic about making suggestions of what might be better, instead of telling me I was a crazy lady! :-) We went on to use Mike for a multiple room addition out into our post and beam barn. The addition came out beautifully. Nothing about this was easy! It even required custom- made window sills! During the process, Mike made some good suggestions that I hadn't thought of but liked and went with. The attention to detail is fantastic, and the craftsmanship shows. They made the pegs for the screws in our stairs! Excellent to work with and well worth the money! I can't add pictures to an edit, but have LOTS!"
