"First let me start withâ ¦I know all of the tradesmen and women are BUSY! Thereâ s never not a need. I respect that. I also value my own time and money. Being a homeowner is stressful and when something goes wrong, you need support and someone you trust that can help you. Iâ m a single mom and I work hard for all that I have. When I began to have a major plumbing issue, I was stressed!!! My home was built in 1900. It has a single pipe drain system to the city sewer. It became clogged (very slow moving) and guess what began slowly backing up into my basement?! You guessed it! Everything being flushed from my home. 𠤢 I called SIX plumbers. You know how many called me back? One, Royal Flush. (Again, respectfully..I understand how busy they are, but just a call back saying I canâ t would have been more helpful than radio silence) I called Royal Flush, left a message. Within minutes received a call back. By the end of the conversation, they would be here this afternoon!!!! What?! No way?! Today?! And guess what else??? They showed up, when they said they would. So informative. So kind. So professional. My stress and anxiety are gone and I can breathe easy again. Listen, owning a home is expensive but Iâ m more than happy to spend my money on quality, professionalism, and a company I can count on! "This is my second review for Brag's, and owner Tyler. My first review was about his responsiveness and help with diagnosis of our problem, and the process to resolve. Since we were at the start of our cold season, the remedy needed to wait until the frost had gone. We were able to have the inspection and plan made in the fall, and were ready to roll come spring of this year. Our need was for a new Leach Field for our 200 year old house. With the time that we had over the winter season, I asked a dozen service providers for a quotation for the project. Tyler was the first of only 3 to respond. This was in February, when I expected many to be lining up work for the springtime. Tyler's quote was as complete as any, and very competitive. In fact, his was the low bid. We made a plan and were off and running, as soon as the snow was gone and roads were clear for heavy traffic. The first day the excavator arrived and work commenced. Tyler and John worked long hours for 5 days, and with our town inspector's oversight completed our project 1 day early. They even helped with installing a filter in our Septic Tank, and installed a new Pump Station pump. Everything's fresh and new. Toilets flush. Mission accomplished! Brag's Sewer and Septic is my strong recommendation to anyone needing this kind of work. Tyler and his crew have an excellent work ethic, which is rare these days. "Kevin called me the same day I posted the pro request. I scheduled him to come by to do a quote two days later and hired him at that point. Kevin replaced a scary exterior electrical outlet and power cord that powers a pool pump. The power cord was coming out of the ground and arcing and the old outlet was melted around a socket. Not good. Kevin fixed it right up and replaced and greatly improved the whole set up, including installing an exterior outlet and switch that are both protected by the weather. Very impressed and will hire Kevin again."

"Eastern Maine Drainage was quick to assess our problem and Nate was able to set up an appointment within a few days to remedy our drainage issue. He was on time, communicated clearly, and was tidy with his work. Since I was at work while he was installing the new sump pump and drain line, he kept me in the loop about his progress. He had a detailed estimate that he stuck to, and he even deducted the cost of some PVC when he realized he didn't need as much as he initially planned. I would recommend him to anyone needing work in their basement."

"We had water damage due to a leak in our roof. We contacted Octagon because of their glowing reports on Angie's List. I cannot say enough about the company. Jessica, the coordinator, was very professional and excellent at keeping me informed on who was coming and when. She assigned the project to Heather, one of the project managers. We were extremely pleased with Heather. She was incredibly professional and very well educated in water damage mitigation and mold remediation. She called to let me know when she was coming, arrived on time, inspected the damage, immediately knew we had a mold problem and began the work to remove the molded areas and installed a HEPA filter to clean out any spores floating around as a result of the work being done. She communicated in detail everything regarding the job -- what she saw, how she was going to fix it, etc.. etc.She even crawled up into our attic to see if there was any damage above the ceiling -- truly above and beyond. As this was an insurance claim, she worked with State Farm to ensure that everything that needed to be done for our benefit was discussed with and agreed to by our claims adjustor. I cannot say enough about both Heather and Octagon. Heather explained that the owner of the company hired professionals and everyone was expected to have at least one certification in one of the areas that Octagon provided service in. It was evident by my experience with all their employees that they hired and retained the best. I would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone."
