"Livingstone was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the projects I needed done. He was flexible in balancing the amount of work to be done within my budget. He planned the project around my family's busy schedule. He and his team repaired and painted wooden siding and trim, sealed gutters, and painted the deck. All the work was done within a day. The house looks fantastic. I wish I had called him sooner."
