"It went well.  The tech provided a video emailed to me of the survey and suggested next steps.  The only negative was that I have an original cast iron outlet and the cap factured when being removed requiring a replacement cap and the tech did not check the seal of the replacement so when I flushed my toilet, a significant amount of water leaked from the cap onto my washing machine.  I was able to tighten the cap myself to solve the issue.

"So I live in a older house (1947) so the plumbing is older too. Anytime I used my sink dishwasher or laundry the water would all but flood my basement making it almost unusable. I called and talked to Seth he was able to get to my home the next day and diagnose the problem my pipes in the concrete were old and clogged beyond repair well he managed to completely redo all of my plumbing brand new and have it up and running in a matter of a few hours!
