Smith back and asked if they could do the job. They said yes and came the same afternoon. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the owner who came to do the job. He was very professional and let me know every step of the project he was doing to unclog the drain problem I had. I can't say enough of how well I was treated and his first rate customer service. "It went well.  The tech provided a video emailed to me of the survey and suggested next steps.  The only negative was that I have an original cast iron outlet and the cap factured when being removed requiring a replacement cap and the tech did not check the seal of the replacement so when I flushed my toilet, a significant amount of water leaked from the cap onto my washing machine.  I was able to tighten the cap myself to solve the issue.

"So I live in a older house (1947) so the plumbing is older too. Anytime I used my sink dishwasher or laundry the water would all but flood my basement making it almost unusable. I called and talked to Seth he was able to get to my home the next day and diagnose the problem my pipes in the concrete were old and clogged beyond repair well he managed to completely redo all of my plumbing brand new and have it up and running in a matter of a few hours! I now have a dry usable basement. He gave me a very decent price as well! Now hopefully I don't need another plumber anytime soon but if I do I'm calling seth at SWB!"
