Our porch had been falling off of the side of our building for years, and wasn't particularly well-made to begin with. Riverside's crew came and built an entirely new structure that's sturdy, safe, and gorgeous! We're incredibly impressed with and thankful for their work; many evenings have been spent appreciating the craftsmanship.

Mike and team from Riverside Renovation did a fantastic job on turning our unfinished basement into a beautiful finished space that came out better than we had imagined. They also replaced all the boards in our attic/garage and painted our living room and did a wonderful job. We’ll be doing more work with them throughout the house and outdoor stairs replacement. Very highly recommend! They were responsive, communicative to rough the whole process, took a lot of care with their work, cleaned up really well and did a great job overall.

We had a massive leak that damaged our building and they showed up within a couple hours. Extremely helpful and professional and really knew what they were doing.

Mike finished our basement with a full bathroom, living room and office and also did odds and ends jobs for us over the years. He was there when he said he would be, and even worked with us to co-complete some tasks that required coordination. He is detailed and service-oriented and charged a fair price. I would 100% recommend him for whatever work you need done.

It was done to perfection. The team stripped the old exterior paint from my 1870 home. It had been covered with aluminum for years. It was a big job and it came out amazing. He is now fixing the mistakes of a painter I hired and redoing everything. I highly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced and always on time. The team is respectful and clean up before leaving the job site. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and loved ones.

We had mike come to our house to inspect our basement that had flooded out due to a sump pump that failed. Mike came out inspected and told us the expected. We had mold growing actively. We came to an agreement of what was to be done. We got sump pump replaced and got the basement free and clear of water and Mikes team dryer and treated the mold. He came back to ensure that everything was dealt with properly. That 2nd inspection meant the world to us and we would highly recommend Mike and team to anyone who ends up in our situation.

Riverside came promptly after we had a toilet overflow in our upstairs bathroom that leaked down into our garage. They were very knowledgeable and informative of each step. I really appreciated the great communication. They were able to save my bathroom from extensive and expensive damages! They promptly repaired the damaged drywall in my garage. They did great work and I would highly recommend them!

Mike did a great job back in December our basement flooded and he came in dried it out. And replace all the flooring, repaired all the damaged walls, and repainted our finished basement. He did a great job!

Michael did an amazing job! We discussed what I wanted done. Michael listened to what I needed, offered options and explained pros and cons of each option. Michael was professional and worked around our busy household. Which our family appreciated. I wish I had taken before and after pictures to show the conditions of our walls after 36 years of hanging pictures and raising an active family and now grandchildren. When Michael finished repairing and filling hundreds of holes and dings, the walls looked great. Once the painting was complete, our walls looked like the day we moved in.
