"I called because my kitchen drained was clogged. I got a quote and Jeff was at my door in less than an hour. It was not considered an emergency either. "My technician Robert Santiago was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Made a very stressful situation bearable. He thoroughly examined my system and its layout, and explained where the clog was explained could be occurring. He even gave me a bit of a history lesson on plumbing in old houses like mine, and the kind of problems that people typically face with them. He also told me exactly what he was planning to do, what equipment would be used, and how it worked. Worked on the problem for a couple hours until he got results. Very persistent! Cleaned up and sanitized the worksite as well. Also made a few suggestions as to some diagnostic measures I should look into to make sure I don’t run into the problem again. I’m very grateful for Zoom’s help and would recommend them to others!"
