I have been in business for over 8 years. It started out as side project to make extra money, but turned into something I am very passionate about, I love my work and pride myself on my excellent quality. I've built everything; decks, new houses, siding ( vinyl-cedar-clapoards) bathrooms (remodels/new) finished basement, structural supports, flooring, painting, full kitchen remodels. I am organized and keep a very clean work space. I believe in fair pricing and have wonderful communication with my clients. I enjoy explaining the ins and outs of a project so my clients know exactly what they are paying for. No job is too small or too big. I also offer landscaping services installs, retaining walls, fences and minor tree work.

Kevin's quote was very reasonable and all work was done in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. In addition, our homeowner's association employed Kevin's company to build a new dumpster enclosure and replace fencing for our 14 unit condominium complex. Kevin's bid was by far the most reasonable of the three bids that we solicited. In my experience as an HOA board member and private client, Kevin and his team show up exactly when promised and work very efficiently. I can recommend Kevin and his company without hesitation."

"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
