"We have used The Dump Guy twice now...once at the beginning of the summer and once again at the end to help clean out the 10 years of random accumulation that's shown up in our garage and basement. In both cases scheduling an appointment was as easy as could be and there response rate is excellent and courteous. The pricing is more than fair and they were able to schedule the pick ups on the days I requested. In both cases their guys gave me a call before arriving and asked if they could come early, which worked out perfectly for me. The employees were all extremely friendly and professional and it's hard to even describe how fast they are! Nothing was too heavy, or too dusty or too hard to reach. They give me final quote once I showed them what I wanted removed and in less than 20 minutes they had everything on the truck, swept up behind themselves and were on their way. We are BIG fans of this company."

"Good service in certain ways but brought me sofa full of fire ants and broken big screen TV. Their sales pitch claimed they own their fleet but all I saw were Ryder rental trucks. Only my initial deposit was paid directly to mayzlin. I can't get anybody on the phone to talk about broken TV."
