They showed up on time and when they said they would.  The workmen were polite and cleaned up after themselves.  They took the time to show me how to use the features of the new windows.  I noticed that they did all the techniques that I saw mentioned on DIY programs without skipping steps.

Overall, well. We used Checkbook to select Davis & Davis. Their receptionist gave us an appointment for the morning hours. The morning of the day of the appointment they called with a 2 Hr. window. They were on time.
