We had some issues with the door being delivered broken and Joe took care of the work to get it replaced. Installation was smooth and took a single day like Joe stated. "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
