"Called over the weekend and they stated they would come on Monday as they would likely need parts. They did come Monday as promised and performed the work. They were at my house to fix my shower handle would wouldn't turn the water off. They were there about 20min to diagnose, left for almost 2 hours to go and get a part we could have easily purchased, and then came back and spent another 20min installing the cartridge. Luckily we all knew how to turn it off from behind the shower in the access panel. Price seemed a bit high considering the length of time they were there and my tenants reported the staff was a little "gruff." Maybe would use again in a pinch."
