From beginning to end, Andrew's years of experience and dedication to 'painting the picture' for your dog is simply amazing! CTC, wisely, does not focus on just the dog... they focus on the entire family as participants in the successful training of the dog! So many times before we thought it was the dog's fault when misbehaving. Then we learned that it isn't just the dog that needs to be trained... it is the owner(s) as well! The sellers hired him to complete a punch list of repair items. When we got to my clients final walk through, there were a handful of items that were not complete. We were assured that Mark was a reliable contact and for my client to reach out to him to make sure everything was taken care of post settlement. What a mistake. For months, my client and I tried to reach him. We did hear back once to coordinate a time, but once responded, nothing again. These were not groundbreaking repairs, so perhaps they weren’t worth his time, but the lack of communication has been very frustrating. I deal with contractors all the time and understand how some you need to chase down more than others, but definitely would not recommend Mark to clients of mine in fear of a similar experience."
