Francisco and his team worked to ensure that the home improvements were to my liking and that they were suitable down to the very last detail. "I feel lukewarm about the experience. He did not finish everything that I asked him to.  I had given him a list before hand, including caulking.  The grout he put in was actually a different color and I had matching grout that he could have used instead.  He did the front corner of the bath, but did not do the rear corner.  I had cabinets that weren't closing properly, and he skipped one of them. At the end he said he did everything, but he missed some things."

"No one showed up on the proposed date to perform the work. I received a call about a week later to set up an appointment for what I thought had already been scheduled for the week prior. Additionally, my requests for pictures of the contractor's work were not answered. On a positive note, per my request, the contractor provided an estimate for mulching which was not included as a part of the Angie's List deal."
