We have 5 pets and two young children so I was worried about whether they would be able to sufficiently clean our carpets- especially my white nursery chair and ottoman! "within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Eric did an AMAZING job! I found them through Groupon, and it was totally worth it! The best part is that it was a dry method, which actually cleaned much better than when I had my carpets shampooed, and I could walk on them within about 30-60 minutes :)

"It was done very well. I have HEW steam clean my carpets every year before Thanksgiving. I know they are sanitized and all the coffee and wine spots are gone. They look so much better, and he gives us plastic booties to wear if we need to walk on them the first several hours."
