"Mr Handyman performed the service as requested. My shutter has been fully repaired as it was prior. My gripe would be that the technician performed the service before my arrival to the site which I did specify in the correspondence I had with the company. Maybe there was miscommunication between the receptionist I spoke with and the technician in the field in relaying my wanting to be there before work was done. Nevertheless, the completed work by the technician was good, and I'd hire them again."

He was the only tinting company I actually got a call back from the first day, and worked hard to provide incredible services within my tight window (no pun intended!). Bob was knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible, and the installer Mike was very talented and punctual. Bob warned of a potential for small cracks between the window and the tint but you would have thought the tint was a part of the actual window. A couple of days ago, after a few weeks of strong gusts of wind, the owner himself, Matt, came out to fully inspect, find the plausible cause, and stayed to fix the damage caused by mother nature's force impaling a branch thru a softer part of the roof.
